Welcome Home!

Welcome to Village Green! We have loved living here because of the value, proximity to downtown, and especially the neighborhood. Our unit has the perfect location, being private, quiet, and close to the big playground. We love backing up to the Lauritzen Gardens and seeing the deer and wild turkeys.

Because it is in the backside of the building, it stays cool in the summer, but is still warm and comfortable in the winter.

Along with the upgrades listed in the picture captions, we have great carpet throughout the house, new paint in most rooms, painted doors, repainted and repaired doorjambs, and repainted baseboards.

 Great private patio. Selling the shed with the unit is negotiable.

Living Room
We have great carpet throughout the house, including a fully carpeted living room.

Kitchen
We have new paint, refinished counter tops, and a new tile back splash. Also, we have newer appliances, including a built-in dishwasher.

Half Bathroom
Having the half bathroom on the main floor has been a nice bonus, especially if we have guests visiting or staying with us. Notable are the brand new paint and new vanity.
